  Norma M. Clark, a resident of Covington most of her life, age 53, died Wednesday evening, February 16, in Ben Hur Nursing Home at Crawfordsville. She was born at Bartlett, Illinois, August 14, 1929, the daughter of Eugene H. and Marie Tocy Lewin. She first married Peter E. Hanson and later was married to William Clark. Educated in the Covington schools, she had operated the Oak Grove Restaurant west of Covington from 1961 to 1963.

  Survivors include a daughter, Cheryl Newman of Covington; a son, Peter E. Hanson Jr. of Covington; two sisters, Jean Lewin of Franklin Park, Illinois, and Barbara June Hall of Bartlett; a brother, Robert Lewin of Veedersburg; and six grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at Bodine and Shelby Funeral Home in Covington with Rev. Edgar Allen officiating. Burial was in Hicks Cemetery at Perrysville. – thanks to S
