CLARK, Samuel Allen - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Samuel Allen CLARK, son of Andrew J. and Sibbea Clark, was born near Waveland Sept 14, 1855. He lived there a number of years and then went Valporaiso in 1914 where he lived with a sister, Mrs. Andrew Pierce. After her death he made his home with another sister, Mrs. Carrie Derrick in Wingate where he died July 14. Funeral services were held at the Wingate Methodist Church on Saturday morning in Charge of Rev. JC Whitson. Burial at Newtown. There were many beautiful flowers. In his youth he united with the ME Church at Waveland. Mrs. Carrie Derrick. - kbz
