Veedersburg - Mrs. Lillie Belle Cline, 93, of Rt. 4, died at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Rudisill Nursing Home in Covington where she had been a patient two years. She had lived in this area for 50 years and was a member of the Beulah Christian Church. She was born Dec. 12, 1873, in Clifton, W.Va., a daughter of Richard and Elizabeth Bridgette Childs. She married Edward P. Cline Dec. 1, 1894. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Knowles of Rt. 4; two granddaughters; six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, four brothers and three sisters. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Sever Mortuary here with Rev. Conley Rowland officiating. Burial will be in Union Christian Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary after 2 p.m. Wednesday.

Veedersburg, Ind. - Mrs. Lillie Belle Cline, 93, of Veedersburg route 4, died Monday (June 19, 1967) at 6:30 p.m. at the Rudisill Nursing Home in Covington where she had been a patient two years. She was born in Clifton, W. Va., the daughter of Richard and Elizabeth Bridgettes Childs. She was married to Edward P. Cline on Dec. 14, 1894 in Terre Haute. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Cline had been a resident of Veedersburg 50 years. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Knowles, Veedersburg Route 4, two grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a great-great granddaughter. She also was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters. She was a member of the Beulah Christian Church. The Sever Mortuary is in charge of arrangements. Services will be at the mortuary Thursday with the Rev. Conley Rowland officiating. Burial will be in Union Christian Cemetery. Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday.
