Attica – Russell Cole, 59, of 112 W. Washington St, died at 11:05 p.m. Thursday in St. Elizbeth Hospital, Lafayette after a sudden, one-day illness. He was employed in Winters Garage here and worked through Wednesday. He was a member of the Methodist Church here. Born at Danville, Ill, he was married to Dorothy Bever of Attica in 1931. She and a son, Billie survive. Friends may call after 5 p.m. Saturday at DeSutter Funeral Home., Attica. Services there at 1:3 p.m. Sunday the Rev. Riffell Howard of Center Point officiating; burial Riverside Cemetery, Attica.
