William Collins, age 18, Fountain County died in a hospital at Crawfordsville Monday afternoon after he was struck by two cars. Before he died he said he was knocked down by a hit-and-run car and then was run over by a second car. Frank Brown, Kingman, driver of the second car, stopped and notified authorities. - kbz
