MICKLE, Ira - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

ATTICA, Ind. (CNS) --- Ira Mickle, 79, of 805 Union, died at 10:45 p.m. yesterday (Aug. 21, 1978) at the Small Nursing Home in Waynetown. Mr. Mickle was, born in Oklahoma Sept. 7, 1889, the son of William and Maggie Mickle. He married Carrie Roland in 1912. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Free Methodist Church. Surviving are the widow; a daughter, Mrs. Thelma Reese of Attica; a son, Ira Mickle Jr. of Williamsport; a brother, John of Zenith, Ohio; 12 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Sever Mortuary in Veedersburg with burial in Riverside Cemetery at Attica.
