Albert Orlando Miles, 70, of Waynetown died at 6 a.m. Monday at Culver Hospital, Crawfordsville following an appendectomy. Death was due to a heart ailment. Mr. Miles was born Jan 11, 1878 in Fountain County son of Robert and Alice Newman Miles. He was married Nov 3, 1903 to Clara M. Riester, who survives. He was a member of Green Bay United Brethren Church, Newtown. Besides the widow he leaves two sons, Russell, Crawfordsville, and Gordon, New Richmond; his mother, Mrs. Alice Miles, Lafayette; four brothers, Arden, Mellott; Edon, Bainbridge; Cecil, Hendricks and Lee, Williamsport; two sisters, Mrs. Clara Clarkson, Lafayette and Mrs. Cora Goodman, Kansas. There are 8 grandchildren. Funeral services were held on Wednesday at the Grenard & Servies Funeral Home.
