MILLER, Margaret Keller - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

WALLACE – Mrs. Margaret Ellen Miller, age 85, a resident of Kingman Rt. 1, died at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13, in the Carmen Nursing Home in Crawfordsville after an illness of one year. Mrs. Miller had lived in the Wallace area most of her life. She was a member of the Wallace Freedom Church and its Ladies Aid, the FGT Birthday Club and the Jackson Township Extension Homemakers club. She was born near Wallace Feb. 26, 1882, the daughter of Phillip and Hester Pickett Keller. She married Arthur K. Miller in 1901 at Wallace. Mrs. Miller is survived by: one daughter, Mrs. Ruth L. Clore of Wallace; one brother, Earl Keller of Crawfordsville; two grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, one sister and three brothers. Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Crumley-Williams Funeral Home in Hillsboro. The Rev. Alfred Dobbs officiated and burial was in Zackmire Cemetery. – jlr
