WILLIAMSPORT — Williamsport survivors of Walter L. Miller, 54, who died in Memorial Hospital, Hoopeston, Ill., are two brothers, John and Cecil and a sister, Mrs. Arnot Reitz. His widow, formerly Evelyn Grider of Williamsport, also survives with a daughter, three sons, two other brothers and five other sisters. --typed by Walt W
