Mrs. Nona Moffet, 91, of Conway, Ark., mother of Mrs. Brittie Anderson and Mrs. Mary Sue Young of Crawfordsville, died Saturday in Conway Memorial Hospital. She was a retired secretary for Covington Roofing Co. at Conway and was a member of Conway First United Methodist Church. Mrs. Moffet was born in Logan County, Ark., on Dec. 18, 1885, a daughter of Charles P. and Fannie Dawson Florence. She married James E. Moffet in 1909. He died in 1939. Surviving are a son, James E. Jr. of Mountain View, Ark.; three other daughters, Mrs. Fannie Covington of Conway, Mrs. Ruth Brook of Bedville, Ark., and Mrs. Carrie Siems of DeWitt, Ark.; 10 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Conway First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dr. Harold Eggensperger officiating. Burial will be in Crestlawn Memorial Park at Conway.
