MOORE, Carrie Johnson - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Carrie Moore, 89, of 900 E. College St., died in Culver Hospital Wednesday. She was a member of the Nazarene Church. Mrs. Moore had been an employe of R. R. Donnelley & Sons Co. and Culver Hospital. She was born July 17, 1887, to Marion and Ella Hanks Johnson at Cythiana, Ky. She married Charles A. Moore. Surviving are two sons, Roscoe of Crawfordsville and Hubert of Williamsport; two sisters, Lucy Johnson and Alice Harley of Los Angeles; two grandchildren, Richard Moore and Shirley Walling both of Crawfordsville; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Darrell Kenneth Moore, and her husband. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Hunt & Son Funeral Home. The Rev. Stanley Gerboth will officiate. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. Friday. – jlr
