MOREHOUSE, Lizzie Yount - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Veedersburg - Mrs. Lizzie Dollie Morehouse, 82, died at her home in Veedersburg at 2:55 a.m. Saturday. She fractured her hip in 1959 and her condition became severe 10 days ago. Mrs. Morehouse was born in Fountain County June 11, 1879, the daughter of Mathias V. and Priscilla Catterson Yount. She was married Dec 30, 1905 to Charles E. Morehouse. He preceded her in death Oct 24, 1925. Survivors ar a son, Herbert Morehouse at home and a nephew Charles Tanner, Hillsboro. Mrs. Morehouse was a chartter member of the New Antioch Christian at Mellott. Friends may call at the Fishero Funeral Home at Veedersburg. Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Sterling Christian Church, Rev. Alfred Dobbs will officiate assisted by Rev. William Ainsworth. Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery at Wallace.
