Mounts, Smalley - 1874

Source: Crawfordsville Journal Review Saturday, 12 September 1874

Thomas Hemphill received a dispatch from Bunkum, Ill., on Monday evening, stating that Smalley, son of Eli Mounts, a former resident of this place, had been killed by the caving of a well in which he was at work.
