LAFAYETTE β€” Alice J. (Paul) Bunch Mullendore, 91, 1610 S. 11th St., Lafayette, died at 1:45 p.m. Monday, March 6, 2000. She had been in failing health the past several months. She was born Feb. 18, 1909 in Attica, the daughter of Frank and Rachel Redman Paul. She married Wilmer β€œRay” Bunch in 1925 in Attica. He preceded in death in 1943. She was later married to Thurlow Mullendore in 1951 in Lafayette. He preceded in death in 1966. She had lived in Attica, Rainsville and Battle Ground, before moving to Lafayette in 1944. She was head cook at Cary Hall at Purdue University for 35 years. She was a member of the Greenbush Church of the Nazarene. She loved flowers, gardening and cooking at family gatherings. Survivors include: two daughters, Pauline Sible Walters, Attica and Delores Price; Lafayette; three sons, Keith L. (Ann) Bunch, Battle Ground, Alfred D. Bunch, Brookston and Gregory Dean (Betsy) Bunch, Stockwell; 45 grandchildren 97 great-grandchildren, and 16 great-geat-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by three daughters, Charlotte Goetz, Wilma J. DePew Cohoon, Glenda Bunch; five sons, Alvin, Merle, Robert, Kenneth and Gail Bunch; four sisters and three brothers. funeral services were at 11 a.m. Thursday in Fisher Funeral Home, Williamsport, with Pastor William L. Scott officiating. Burial was in Rainsville Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Historic Fall Street Church, P. O. Box 102, Williamsport, Ind. 47993. – jlr
