NEWTOWN — Funeral services for Mrs. Mae Mulverhill, former resident of this community, were conducted Wednesday afternoon in San Diego, Calif. Mrs. Mulverhill, who was 83, died Monday in a San Diego nursing home, where she had been a patient for three years. She was born March 1, 1874, and was married to John Mulverhill, who preceded her in death. She was a member of the Newtown chapter, Order of Eastern Star, for 32 years. --typed by Walt W
MELLOTT — Friends have received word of the recent death of Mrs. Mae Mulverhill, 83, in San Diego, Calif. She had been in a nursing home there for the past three years. Mrs. Mulverhill was a former resident of Mellott. She and her husband, John Mulverhill, operated a grocery store here for many years. Mr. Mulverhill died in Mellott in 1937. About two years later Mrs. Mulverhill left for California to make her home there. --typed by Walt W
