Hazel N. Mulvihill OAKWOOD (CNS) - Hazel N. Mulvihill, formerly of Maxwell, Ind., died at 5:05 p.m. yesterday (June 6, 1969) at an out-of-town hospital. Since January she had made her home with a cousin at 9 Lake Bluff Trailer Court in Oakwood. She was born at Kingman, Ind., the daughter of Daniel and Ruth A. Harvey Mulvihill. Her father, mother and a sister preceded her in death. Miss Mulvihill attended Kingman Schools and Indiana Central College at Danville, Ind. Employed by Delco-Remy Division of General Motors at Anderson, Ind. for 31 years, she was a member of United Auto Workers Local 662 and Friends Church of Kingman. Surviving are her cousins, Mrs. Fay Bolser with whom she lived and Mrs. Mona Schwab of Cayuga, Ind. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Berhalter Funeral Home in Danville with the Rev. Ronald Spore officiating. Burial will be in Harveysburg Cemetery at Kingman. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.   --- typed by CA.
