Charles A. Myers, 83, long-time auctioneer in this area, died Tuesday at his home on Rt 4, Ottawa. A heart attack was the cause of death. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Centropolis Christian Church in Ottawa, Rev. R.W. Browning, Jr. will be in charge and burial in Union Cemetery, Ottawa. Survivors include Mrs. Myers of the home; 5 sons - Howard, Claude, George and Fred of Ottawa and Charles Myers, Jr. of Florence; two daughters - Mrs. Leslie Churchbaugh, Rt 2, Lawrence; and Mrs. Norman Watts of Ottawa; a half-brother, Sam VanHuss of Wellsville; 20 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
