Wallace, Nov 28 – Mrs. Mary Jane Myers, 93, one of the oldest residents in this community died Monday night at her home here after an illness of 10 months. Born Nov 16, 1851 near Wallace, the daughter of Elijah and Jane Deer Clore, Mrs. Myers was married Sept 30, 1875 to Ransome Myers who died Nov 2, 1929. She was a member of the Lutheran Church. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Homer McDonald of Covington and Mrs. Ruby Owens of home; two brothers, Jesse Clore of Alamo and Laroy Clore of Veedersburg; 6 grandchildren 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be at 2 o’clock Thursday afternoon at the Lutheran Church near Wallace with burial in the cemetery adjacent to the church. The Rev. Whitman of Mulberry will be the officiating minister. – kbz
