Hillsboro, Jan. 23—Miss Della Elizabeth Parnell, 76, who lived near Crawfordsville for many years, died at the home of a nephew, Robert Leland Parnell, here Sunday afternoon at two o’clock. She had been ill with complication of diseases for the past two years.   Born May 14, 1867 north of Newtown, she was the daughter of Robert and Minerva Parnell. She was educated in the Newtown school and later attended DePauw University. For many years she made her home with her brother, George W. Parnell, near Crawfordsville, but about a year ago moved to the home of her nephew.   Miss Parnell was a member of the Trinity Methodist Church in Crawfordsville and of Dorothy Q. Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, also at Crawfordsville.  The survivors include three brothers, George W. Parnell, of near Crawfordsville, Fisk Parnell of Newtown, and Charles W. Parnell of Los Angeles; a sister, Mrs. J. H. McBroom of El Paso, Tex.; a niece, Mrs. Marjorie Lawford of El Paso; and the nephew, Robert Leland Parnell, at whose home she died.  Funeral services will be held at the nephew’s home Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Myers home.
