Kingman—A three year old boy was killed when a truck overturned near here early Sunday.
The boy was Ronald Duane Peters, son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul E. Peters of Gary.
The accident occurred on U.S. 41, two miles north of here near Morgan’s coal mine.
According to state police and coroner reports, the accident occurred when the new pickup truck slipped on the wet pavement and turned over three or four times.
Mr. Peters was slightly hurt in the accident. Another man and woman in the car, Mr. and Mrs. Robert French of Bridgeport, Illinois, were not hurt. Mr. and Mrs. French had been visiting at Gary. – thanks to S&E
