Attica – Mike Phillips, formerly of Attica, died in Detroit Saturday, his 72nd birthday. He was a retired Detroit policeman and veteran of WWI. Surviving with the widow, Lillian, are three brothers, Robert and Chester of Attica and Raymond of Kramer. The body is being sent to Attica
