Funeral services for Troy Philpott, 78, a former Veedersburg resident were held Friday at Indianapolis with burial there. He had been in poor health for two years. He was born in the Veedersburg area, the son of Harris & Flora Lough Philpott. While a resident of Veedersburg, he was associated with his father in a grocery and meat market and in the drug business. Surviving are his wife, a brother Ted of Indianapolis and a son, Wayne of Veedersburg and Florida.
