COVINGTON, Ind. -- Herbert Powell, 55, former Covington area resident, died in a two-car crash Sunday as he was returning to his home near Plymouth, Ind. He had been visiting in Covington. Survivors include his widow and five children, all of Plymouth; and four brothers, all of this area, James, Chester and Everett Powell of Covington and Orville Powell of Veedersburg. Services were in Sunrise Chapel in Plymouth Wednesday. Burial was in Maple Grove Cemetery in Argos, Ind. --typed by Walt W
