NEWTOWN – Earl Prater, age 70, of Elwood, died Friday, Feb. 12, at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Indianapolis. He was married to Elizabeth Green, a native of Newtown, who survives. He had been retired for several years after having been employed in a hardware store in Elwood. Services and burial were in Elwood. -- typed by Walt W
