ATTICA — Clyde Junior Pugh, 55, Attica, died at 1:25 a.m. Monday, Aug. 13, 2007 at his residence, following an illness with cancer. He was born Aug. 25, 1951 in Mooresville, the son of Joe and Molly Alice (Johnson) Pugh. He married Diana K. Lister Gosnell Feb. 4, 1981 in Mooresville. She survives. He was a self employed rental property owner. He had formerly served as the animal control officer for the City of Attica. Survivors, besides the wife, include: two step sons, James Gosnell, Longmont, Colo. and Charles Lister, Lafayette; two brothers, Paul (Patty) Pugh and Steve Pugh, both of Williamsport; two sisters, Georgia McPherson and Susie Cain, both of Pennington Gap, Va.; and four grandchildren, Michael, Aaron, Joseph and David Gosnell. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Claude and Frank; and a sister, Bessie. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Maus Funeral Home, Attica. Funeral services will be at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Friday with Chaplain Don Williams officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Attica.
