PURNELL, William L.

Word has been received of the recent death of William L. Purnell, a former Fountain County man, at Hollingsworth, Wash. Son of Henry A. and Nancy Purnell, he was born four miles east of Hillsboro and 61 years ago was married to Mary Olive Byron at Girard, Kansas. They moved from Kansas to Washington, where they have since resided. Besides the widow, four daughters and four grandchildren survive.
