REFFETT, Hettie Atkins

West Lebanon—Hettie O. Reffett, 87, West Lebanon, died at 7:15 a.m. Sunday, April 30, 1989 at Community Hospital, Williamsport.
  She was born March 2, 1902 at North Little Rock, Ark., the daughter of Samuel and Martha Ann Adams Atkins. She was married June 8, 1918 to Charles Joseph Reffett Sr., who preceded her in death Jan. 7, 1967.
  She had been a resident of Warren County since 1933, had lived on Route 2, Covington, and made her home with her daughter in West Lebanon for 22 years. She was a former resident of Hagler, Ill. and North Little Rock. She was a member of the Baptist Church in North Little Rock.
  Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Jeannette Machledt, West Lebanon; a son, Charles J. Jr., Route 2, Covington; a grandson, Fred Machledt, West Lebanon and a sister, Mrs. Flora Blazic, Joliet, Ill. She was also preceded in death by her parents and five sisters.
  Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today at Shelby Funeral Home, Covington, with the Rev. James Kesler officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Covington. – thanks to S
