Perrysville Ind.  George A. Richardson, 60, of Perrysville Route 1, died at 1:45 p.m. Friday, April 16 1976, at Raccoon Lake, east of Rockville in Parke County.  Death was attributed to natural causes. Mr. Richardson attended Perrysville schools and was a carpenter.   He was a charter member of Local 3241 of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. He was born April 14 1916 in Fulton Township, Fountain County, to Oscar Lee and Clara May Paschal Richardson.  He married Emma Louise Young on March 23 19 35. She survives.  Other survivors are his father of Covington Route 1, Charles of Cayuga Route 1 and Philip G. of Covington Route 2; 11 grandchildren; one great grandchild; two brothers, Sherman of Arizona and Guthrie of Huntington, Ind., Route 4; and two sisters, Mrs. Paul (Elizabeth) Keller of Perrysville and Mrs. Robert (Frances) Ross of Coolidge, Ariz.    His mother preceded him in death.  Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday EST at Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home with the Rev. Henry Karg officiating.  Burial will be in Lower Mound Cemetery.  Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Thanks to Betty D
