RICHARDSON, Virginia Warrick

Covington Ind.  Mrs. Virginia E. Richardson, 55, of Huntington Route 4, a former Covington resident, died at 1:05 a.m. Sunday July 9 1978 at Wells Community Hospital in Bluffton.

She had been employed at the Corning Glass Works in Bluffton.  Born May 18, 1923 in Fountain County, she was a daughter of Virgil and Anna Wolfe Warrick.  She married Guthrie Richardson on May 12, 1946 in Veedersburg.  H e
survives. She was a member of the First Church of Christ in Covington. Other survivors include six sons, Jack and James, both of Uniondale, Robert, Larry and Gary all at home, and William of Markle; a daughter Mrs. Bobby (Carol) Williams of Huntington; a brother, Virgil Warrick Jr. of Covington; four sisters, Mrs. Doris Murray and Mrs. Gordon (Dolores) Suiters, both of Covington; Mrs. Larry (JoAnn) Fuchs of North Olmstead, Ohio, and Mrs. William (Jean) Davis of Peoria, Ill.; and nine grandchildren. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Myers Funeral Home in Markle.  The Rev. Elzie Spencer will officiate.  Burial will be in Markle Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-9 p.m. today at the funeral home. The family requests that any memorials be in the form of contributions to the Cancer Society. - thanks to Betty D.
