Source: The obituary is from a collection of newspaper (paper names not recorded) obituaries saved, by Fauniel Hershberger, during the 1950's, 60's, 70's and 80's. She was a life long resident of Fountain County Indiana.  The collection is now housed at Crawfordsville District Public Library.

Mrs. Marjorie Marquess and son, Jay, 1010 Fourth St., attended the funeral of the former's stepbrother, Russell Richeson, Saturday afternoon, April 3, in Richmond. He died Wednesday, March 31. Mr. Richeson, age 73, was born Feb. 13, 1882. He attended the Covington schools and was graduated from Purdue University as a pharmacist. His wife, Mary, is a former Covington school teacher. Mr. Richeson had been in ill health several years and had suffered a series of strokes. He died in the hospital where he had been a patient two weeks. He was a 50-year member of Fountain Lodge 60, F&AM, of Covington. Richmond Lodge 196 conducted Masonic rites at the Doan & Johnson Funeral Home Friday night. Mr. Richeson is survived by his wife; his step-sister, Mrs. Marquess, and a niece, Mrs. John (Dorothy Jean) Stewart in Phoenix, Ariz. He was a brother to the late Mrs. Irene Shuler of Covington.   --typed by Walt W
