Source: The obituary is from a collection of newspaper (paper names not recorded) obituaries saved, by Fauniel Hershberger, during the 1950's, 60's, 70's and 80's. She was a life long resident of Fountain County Indiana.  The collection is now housed at Crawfordsville District Public Library.

INDEPENDENCE _ Lillie Belle Riley died at Culver Hospital, Crawfordsville, 9:55 a.m. Tuesday, where she had been a patient very briefly. She was taken to Westbrook Nursing Home in Crawfordsville on March 12, and had been in ill health for several years. Mrs. Riley was born July 4, 1889, at New Albany, the daughter of Henry and May Black Lone. She was married at New Albany on Feb. 27, 1907, to Delbert R. Riley, who preceded her in death on March 4, 1963. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church. Surviving are four sons: Ray, of Chicago; Maynard, of Charleston, W. Va.; Alva, Rt. 3, Attica; Stanley, of Fowler; two daughters, Mrs. Virginia Bell, Lafayette, and Mrs. Alma Harper, Hillsboro; three brothers, Charles Lone, Garvin, Minn.; Homer, Butte, Mont.; George, Connersville; 25 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Services were 2 p.m. Thursday in DeSutter Chapel with Rev. Raymond Foraker, pastor of the Assembly of God Church, officiating. Burial was in Armstrong Cemetery near Green Hill.   --waw
