ATTICA, Ind. -- Raymond Hobert Riley, 61, of Williamsport Route 3 died at 10 a.m. Tuesday (Nov. 26, 1968) at his home. He had been ill a year. Mr. Riley was born in Cates, April 16, 1907, the son of Elmer and Leta Atkinson Riley. He had lived in Attica before moving to Williamsport 13 years ago. He was married Aug. 21, 1948 in Tangier to Martha Lovina Cecil, who is now employed at the Community Hospital. Mr. Riley retired a year ago from Purdue University where he had been a custodian for 10 years. Prior to that he had been employed at Harrison Steel as a grinder far 15 years. He served in the U. S. Army for five years and was a member of the Williamsport Christian Church. He was a past member of the Moose. Surviving besides his widow are two stepsons, Donald Sapp of Williamsport and Harry J. Sapp of Long Beach, Calif.; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Robert Foesz of Owosso, Mich.; a sister, Mrs. Blanche Kersher of Indianapolis; 10 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the DeSutter Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Thursday. Services will be held in the DeSutter chapel at 10 a.m. Friday with the Rev. Norman Abel officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.   --typed by Walt W
