Arthur Elmore Roderick, 63, a former Danville resident, died yesterday (June 18, 1969) at his home in Tipp City, Ohio. He had been ill a year. He was a foreman in Frigidaire Division of General Motors. He was born Feb. 15, 1906 in Newell Township, the son of Simeon and Tina Schuff Roderick. Survivors include the widow, Mary; two daughters, Barbara and Linda, and a son, George, all of Ohio; a brother, Carl of State Line, Ind.; two sisters, Mrs. Ruby Lake of Danville and Mrs. Opal Smith of Indiana, and several grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers. The body is at the Meyer and Boehmer Funeral Home in Dayton, Ohio. Services will be there at 9:30 a.m. Saturday and burial will be in a cemetery near Dayton. --typed by Walt W
