West Lebanon - Mrs. Augusta (Cronkhite) Ross, 87, formerly of West Lebanon, died Sunday in Vermillion county nursing home at Danville, Ill., after an illness of 14 months. Born in Warren county, she was a resident of Bismarck, Ill., for 40 years, later living here with Mrs. Bertha Cronkhite before going to the nursing home. She was the widow of Delasky Ross who died in 1904. She was a member of the Presbyterian church at Marshfield. Surviving are a son, Ralph of Danville, Ill. R. 4; a half brother, Coke Cronkhite, Greencastle, and two half sisters, Mrs. Ray Cook and Mrs. Robert Ellis, both of Danville, Ill. The body was sent to West Lebanon. -- typed by: GA
