SIMMERMAN, Nelson (Bud) James

Employed as guard at the Allis-Chalmers at LaPorte until stricken with pneumonia about a week ago, Nelson (Bud) James Simmerman, age 34, died at 9:55 o'clock Monday night at the John Mathers Home in Attica.
He was born August 7, 1908 in Kramer, Indiana the son of Elwood and Orpha Carswell SImmerman. Surviving are the mother, Mrs. Sharpe, the step father __ Sharpe of Kramer; two half sisters, Mrs. Warren Arent of Benton Harbor, Mich and Mrs. Melvin Hill of Couer d'Alene, Idaho and a grandmother, Mrs. Elizabeth Simmerman of Kramer.
Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the EA Hamilton Funeral Home in Williamsport with Rev. Fred Lowell officiating. Burial was made in Williamsport Cemetery.
