Attica, Feb 9 – Charles Emmitt Simpson, died at 3 a.m. today in Community Hospital, Williamsport. He had been there since Dec 23. Born at Kinmundy, Ill, he was married Aug 14, 1917 to Belle Shaffer. He retired from railroading 10 years ago. Surviving besides the widow are two daughters, Mrs. Muriel Easley of Norfolk, VA and Mrs. Leon Czuchran of Compton, Cal.
