Attica – Mrs. Hazel M. Smith, 78 of 307 E. Columbia St, Attica died in Home Hospital, Lafayette at 1 p.m. Wednesday. She had been ill several months and entered the hospital July 10. Mrs. Smith was the widow of Wilbur D. Smith. - kbz
