Attica, Nov 3 – Mrs. Josephine S. Smith, 81, widow of John Smith died at 7 a.m. today at her home on Union Street. She was born in West Lebanon June 24, 1856. Following children survive: Charles of Muncie, Robert, Williamsport, Warren, Everett, Fred and Mrs. Inez Barfelt, Attica, Jesse and Mrs. Ada Whittington, Columbus, Ind. The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at the home of the son, Fred on Brady street; burial in Riverside cemetery. - kbz
