Mellott – Mrs. Jennie (Booe) Wade, 73, wife of Wallace Wade, died of a heart attack in the family home here at 4:15 p.m. Sunday.  She had been in failing health but her death was unexpected. Born at Veedersburg, she was married 52 years ago and the couple spent their early married life in Mellott and then lived in Montgomery County for many years before returning to Mellott three years ago. She was a member of the New Testament Church at Linden. Surviving with the husband, who is an invalid, are five sons: Russell of Ft. Wayne; Ralph of Indianapolis; Eugene and Wallace Jr. of Lafayette and Douglas of near Waynetown; four daughters, Mrs. George King of Clarks Hill; Mrs. Ruby Davis and Mrs. Clarence Briles of Lafayette and Mrs. Clifford Simpson of Crawfordsville; a brother, Boss Booe and a sister, Mrs. Effie Taylor, both of Veedersburg.
