MELLOTT, Ind. (CNS) — Perry B. Wade, 76 of Frankfort, a former resident of Mellott, died at 6:30 p.m. Friday (July 10, 1969) at the Clinton County Hospital in Frankfort, after a stay of three weeks and an illness of several months. He was born in January, 1893 near Mellott, the son of Henry W. and Martha Murray Wade. He married Daisy Peed, of Mellott, and moved to Frankfort where he was employed by the Coca-Cola Co. until his retirement. He was a veteran of World War I. He is survived by his widow a son, Charles Richard of Hawaii; a daughter, Mrs. Susan Jane Wilson of Des Moines Iowa; and a sister, Mrs. Clarence Rice of Mellott. He is preceded in death by a brother, Truman Wade, Mellott. Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 1 p.m. EDT at a funeral home in Frankfort. --typed by Walt W
