WINGATE, July 18 - William (Dick) Wainscott, 85 a fence builder, died unexpectedly of a heart attack at the home of his brother, Stephen Wainscott, near here today. Born near Elmdale, he married Miss Ina Powers, who died several years ago. Surviving are the following brothers, and sister: Stephan, Bruce, Phillips, Wisc,: Ott, Petersburgh, Ill, and Mrs. Martha Stonebraker, Attica. Funeral 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, from the Tague funeral home. – thanks to Kim H
