Attica, March 25 – Mrs. Mary M (Daves) Walter, 78, Attica died at 2:40 a.m. today in her home, 807 S Brady Street. She had been an invalid for eight years. Born in Knox County, Illinois, she had lived at Attica most of her life. She married William F. Walter Oct 21, 1891 and was a member of the Attica Christian Church.  Survivors are the husband; three daughters, Mrs. Howard Huckelberry; Mrs. Carl Layden and Mrs. Betty Brimmer Campbell, Attica; two sons, Glenn and William F. Walter, Jr, Attica; two brothers, Fred and John Daves, Galesburg, Ill and a sister, Mrs. Bert Churchill, Milan, Ill.

Funeral Services: Walter, Mrs. William F. – Friends may call at the family residence 807 South Brady Street, Attica after 10 a.m. Sunday. Services there at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Rev Otis L. Collier officiating. Burial in Riverside cemetery, Attica.
