WANN, Anna Samuels - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Kingman - Mrs. Anna E. Wann, 93, died at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Fred (Twila) Cates Rt 2, Kingman where she made her home. She had been in ill health several years. She was a member of the old Lodi Baptist Church, had lived at West Liberty 11 years and Silver Island in Fountain County. Born Nov 18, 1891, at Silver Island she was a daughter of Edward and Elizabeth Hobart Samuels. She married Roland T. Wann who preceded her in death. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Cates of Kingman and Mrs. Lucille Scott of Circleville, Ohio; two sons, Dr. Russell Wann of Cambridge City and Dr. Raymond Wann of Wingate; 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. A son is deceased. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home at Covington with Rev. Alfred Dodds officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday.
