Covington, Ind., Oct 29 - Roland Wann, 62, member of the Fountain county board of commissioners, shot and killed himself at his farm home near here. He was defeated in the last election by Charles Halleck, a democrat, and would have retired from office on January 1. The widow and several children survive.
