Source: The obituary is from a collection of newspaper (paper names not recorded) obituaries saved, by Fauniel Hershberger, during the 1950's, 60's, 70's and 80's. She was a life long resident of Fountain County Indiana.  The collection is now housed at Crawfordsville District Public Library.

WEST LEBANON, Ind. (CNS)--- William B. Ware, 86, of West Lebanon, died at 6:25 a.m. today (Sept. 14, 1962) at the Community Hospital in Williamsport. He had been a patient three days following two years of failing health. Born Jan. 5, 1876, in Winchester, Ky., he was the son of Achilles and Elizabeth Berry Ware. He was married to Blanche Cronkhite, who survives. Mr. Ware was a retired farmer. He was a 50-year member of the Masonic Lodge, a member of the Order of Eastern Star Chapter and the Presbyterian Church. Other survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Beulah Farmer of West Lebanon and Mrs. Glendora Kensell of Terre Haute; two sons, Clair of Attica and Robert of Danville; a sister, Mrs. Emma White of West Lebanon; 13 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Machledt Funeral Home in West Lebanon. The Rev. Austin Heuver will officiate. Burial will be in the West Lebanon Cemetery. The body is at the funeral home. Friends will be received after 2 p.m. Saturday.   --typed by Walt W
