VEEDERSBURG, Ind. (CNS) - Mrs. Goldie Snyder Warren, 83, of Winter Haven, Fla., died at 5 p.m. Friday (Sept. 27, 1974) at the Grovemont Nursing Home in Winter Haven. Born Feb. 9, 1891, near Mellott, she was the daughter of Czar and Alice Stambaugh Snyder. On June 5, 1917, she was married to George C. Warren, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Snyder was a former teacher at Veedersburg Elementary School. A graduate of Veedersburg High, she attended Indiana State University and Indianapolis Teachers College. She also taught at Cleveland, Ohio and Winter Haven. She was a member of the First Christian Church at Winter Haven. Survivors include a niece, Mrs. Martin L. Smith; three great nephews, all of Kokomo; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Dorothy Snyder of Veedersburg; and four cousins. She was preceded in death by a brother, Vance Snyder. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Ott-Laughlin Chapel at Winter Haven. Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Park at Winter Haven.   -- jlr
