Robert Weaver, 69, 805 E. Elmore, died Saturday in Culver Hospital. He was a former resident of Lafayette being employed as an electrician at the Soldiers Home. He was retired from Crown Laundry. he was a member of the First Christian Church at Tilton Ill. Born Oct 24, 1913 at Perrysville, he was a son of Homer and Bonnie Durham Weaver. Survivors include 3 sisters Patricia Gray of Crawfordsville, Bonnie Priebe of Ladoga and Mary Hartle of Veedersburg; a brother, Max of Robinson Ill; two half-brothers, Donald and Hubert Cheeseman of Danville Ill; and a half-sister, Betty Cheeseman of Danville, Ill. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday with the Rev. James Dunbar officiating. Interment in Oak Hill cemetery. Friends may call at Burkhart Funeral home after 4 p.m. today. -- kbz
