Source: The obituary is from a collection of newspaper (paper names not recorded) obituaries saved, by Fauniel Hershberger, during the 1950's, 60's, 70's and 80's. She was a life long resident of Fountain County Indiana.  The collection is now housed at Crawfordsville District Public Library.

Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby Ann Phebus Webster, age 72, a resident of South Bend for the past 28 years and a native of Covington, who died Jan. 3, were held Saturday afternoon, Jan. 5, in People's Church in South Bend, according to word received here from her son, Raymond E. Webster, Sr. Mrs. Webster, who resided in the Plaza Apts., in South Bend, had been ill six months and death came to her at 4:15 a. m. at Memorial Hospital. She was born in Covington on Sept. 11, 1890. She spent her girlhood here along with a number of brothers, all of whom are now deceased. She was married to Ernest E. Webster, who preceded her in death March 29, 1951. She moved from Indianapolis to South Bend 28 years ago. She was a member of the People's Church, OES No. 569 and the Hi-Rise Club. Survivors include three sons, Robert A., Raymond E., and William D.; two daughters, Mrs. Lloyd A. Saffold and Mrs. Russell B. Freese, all of South Bend; six grandchildren; and two stepsons, Leonard E. and Leo P., both of Indianapolis. Burial was in the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in South Bend. Pallbearers were: Lloyd A. Safford, Russell B. Freese, Robert A., Raymond E., William D., Leonard E., and Leo P. Webster.   --typed by Walt W
