WEIDMAN, Emma - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mrs. Mayme Weidman of Hillsboro has received word of the death of her sister, Mrs. Emma C. Weidman, aged 79, of Wichita Falls, Tex., which occurred Sept. 29 at a hospital in her home city where she had been a patient since Aug. 19 when she fractured her hip.   She was born Dec. 7, 1864 at Springboro, O., moving with her parents, John and Mary E. Fye, to the Hillsboro vicinity in 1881. In 1895 she married Joseph Weidman, formerly of Hillsboro, and they went to housekeeping at Fort Worth, Tex., later moving to Wichita Falls. Her husband died in 1941 and she is survived by one son, Stanley Weidman, of Wichita Falls.  Funeral services and burial were at Wichita Falls. -s-
