WEST, Charles - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Charles West, 71, prominent farmer residing two miles southwest of Tangier, died at 4 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. Funeral service will be held at the Friends Church with burial in Tangier cemetery. Mr. West was born in Fountain County, Sept 22, 1874 and had lived in Parke County most of his life. He was married to Miss Cora Hale February 7, 1901. Surviving are two children, Ralph West, Newport and Mrs. Edith Clemez, Clinton; one sister, Mrs. Lydia Foster, Boswell; two brothers, Albert, Cates and Jeff at the VA Hospital, Danville.
